Both the MS and JV football games scheduled for next Monday, Sept. 11th, are canceled.
Please welcome our new after school/5th day program coordinator, Ruby Eirich. Ruby will be working the program on a daily basis. Under the direction of the program director, Mrs. Hartmann, Ruby is responsible for planning and organizing the daily activities, supervision and coordination of staff and implementing the program with fidelity.
Attention K-12 families: Our after school program is available every day until 6:00 pm. On days we don't have school, which is known as the 5th day program, we are available from 7:30am-6:00pm. Both programs have a calendar of dates attached to the registration form, are available to grades Kindergarten through 12th grade and are free to all. We will have options available for different age levels such as pottery, drone flying, esports, STEAM, movie making, outdoor adventures and many more. Please watch our website and social media pages (class dojo for k-5) for up to date information as some activities will have set days, times, sign-ups, etc. If you are interested in signing up your child(ren) for the either program, please print and fill out the registration packet. If you are interested in signing up for the 5th day program, please fill out the online 5th day/after school google form, which will be posted a month at a time. The afterschool/5th day program now has pottery classes held at the STOKE pottery guild (110 N Spruce). K-2 students attend today from 4-5:30. Staff will walk and stay with students. A schedule will be shared soon. Questions or concerns, please email chartmann@townsend.k12.mt.us.

If you have students attending the 5th day program, please check them in at the front door of the elementary. They can check in anytime of the day. Pick up is the same. Also, please remember to not park in the bus lane as we will have buses running. See you tomorrow!! Thank you.

The after school/5th day program forms have been posted to our website. You will need to print the forms, fill them out and drop them off as we do not have the ability to fill it in online. Hopefully we can move that direction in the future. After school starts 8/28. Thank you.

Dear Parents/Guardians and Students, just a reminder that having a 4-day school week does not necessarily mean we have every Friday off. There will be weeks, like this first one, where there is no school on Monday and school on Friday, and we have one week in December where we are attending all five days. Please check the 2023-2024 district calendar located on the website and the weekly event updates posted on the website, social media platforms and in the school app; yes, we have an app!
